Kerrie Braithwaite

I joined ParaPride in early 2024, my background is largely in communications. Particularly in advertising, where as well as leading the project management function of advertising agencies, I also work with inclusion councils, ERGs and D&I teams to create a more inclusive environment and ways of working which can effectively be implemented throughout a business.

I have previously co-chaired Grey UNITE (queer committee of advertising agency Grey) and have previously been the Community Lead of WPP Unite (one of the largest advertising networks). As someone with multiple intersecting identities (I am a non-binary, neurodivergent, brown lesbian who also happens to be a carer from an underclass background). I am very passionate about work environments and society as a whole understanding the importance of keeping an intersectional lens on everything we do.
