I am a dedicated champion for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), with a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives within organisations globally. My professional efforts were recently recognised in receiving the I&D Team of the Year Award at the Global Impact Awards.

Throughout my career I have demonstrated my commitment to creating inclusive workplaces through internal initiatives or by advising partner organisations on their DEIB strategy. I have served as the main contact for over 80 partner organisations in advocating for DEIB principles and ensuring that partners remain accountable.

As a Transformational Life Coach at The Rainbow Coach, I collaborated closely with clients from the LGBTQIA+ community to craft strategies aimed at achieving their objectives and living their best lives. Similarly, my role as a Mentor at LEARNEST allowed me to support individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community to achieve their personal and professional goals.

I co-founded Queermunity Magazine as a community-focused platform that aims to amplify the voices and celebrate the stories of LGBTQIA+ people and their allies. Queermunity provides a safe space for people to express their queer identities and inform others about their experiences, with a focus on social, political, and economic issues affecting the Queermunity today.

At ParaPride, I endeavour to apply my skills and experience to support the growth and ongoing success of the charity.
