My name is Tristan and I joined ParaPride as a Trustee in February 2024 and I am currently also acting in capacity as Board Secretary.
In my professional career I enjoy serving as Chief of Staff within start-up and scale-up businesses and I have a track record of driving transformative initiatives and strategic planning in diverse organisations across deep-tech research, software development, FMCG and eCommerce including at Meta (social media), CloudNC (AI manufacturing applications) and Atom Group (drinks).
Over my professional journey I have overseen human resourcing, legal and company secretarial, project management and marketing functions and I love being able to apply these experiences to my role at ParaPride.
As a gay man with disabled parents, I hope to be able to bring empathy through my lived experiences of the challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ and disabled communities to my work.
